About Miorra
Miorra is an ecommerce brand offering products for indoor cats, including toys, enrichment products, scratchers, beds, perches, and related products.
Miorra is operated by a business based in Canada and currently sells through its online store to customers in the United States.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction in your jurisdiction.
If you use our website on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Errors and Corrections

Cancellations and Order Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once processing or fulfillment has started.
If an order has already shipped, our regular return policy will apply.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Product Availability
Products may become unavailable without notice.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

The Miorra name, branding, logos, website design, original written content, graphics, photographs, and other proprietary materials are owned by Miorra or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fraud and Payment Disputes

Miorra may retain and provide reasonably necessary transaction, order, delivery, and communication records to payment providers in connection with payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in Canada where the legal entity operating Miorra is established, together with the applicable federal laws of Canada.
